‘Pause and Reset’ Sessions
Sometimes we just need a bit of space to stop and think about a problem or a dilemma we’re having, and it can be such a relief to talk it over with someone who’s not directly involved or emotionally connected to the situation. A pause and reset session might be right for you if you don’t feel you need therapy but you would like someone who can think with you and help you untangle the messiness of everyday life. I can share resources with you and signpost you to other support services and agencies if this is needed.
